YES! In a “reality show”, the Fox network is letting employees of some troubled small businesses decide which one of their colleagues will be laid off.
What is happening in this world we live in, when prime-time fame and money is more important than a person’s dignity? Mike Darnell, chief of alternative programming at Fox, said everyone who participates in the show knows fully what they are doing and “if you don’t want to watch, don’t watch it”. I don’t know about you, but I won’t be watching it. I don’t find anything entertaining about humiliating another human being.
