1. Fill a foot bath with 1 gallon warm water and stir in 1 scoop of Arbonne Aromassentials Unwind Bath Salts. Soak your feet in the foot bath for at least 10 minutes to soften the calluses.
2. Remove your feet from the foot bath and pat them dry with a clean towel. Rub a dampened pumice stone over the calluses on the soles of your feet to wear away the thick skin. 1. Apply Black Out eye shadow on the corner of the eye with a flat brush and blend it towards the middle.
2. With a blending brush apply a Java (Brown) eye shadow on the top part where you applied the black one and work upwards till the brown dissipates.
3. In the inside of the eye lid apply Vanilla eye shadow with a sponge tip applicator, stopping right at the middle of the eye.
4. With a sponge tip applicator apply Smoke (Bronze) eye shadow to the middle of the eyelid and blend with the Black/Brown.

Is There Mercury In Your Skin Products?

Federal and State health officials are warning consumers not to use certain off-brand skin creams, antiseptic soaps and lotions because they may contain mercury, according to a report released by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.  The products are marketed as skin lighteners and anti-aging treatments that remove age spots, freckles, blemishes and wrinkles, and some are also marketed as acne treatments for teenagers.  The brands are made abroad and sold illegally in the U.S., typically in ethnic communities or on the Internet, primarily targeting Latino, African-American, Middle Eastern and Asian consumers.  These skin products containing mercury have been found in at least seven states, including Texas, California, Virginia, Maryland, New York and Minnesota.

Mercury can damage the kidneys and the nervous system, and interfere with the development of the brain in unborn and very young children.  A person can get mercury in their bodies merely by breathing in mercury vapors or touching people who have used these skin products.

FDA-approved cosmetics and beauty products must include a label that lists the ingredients in English.

The FDA is advising consumers to check the label of any skin lightening, anti-aging or other skin product they use.  The FDA said, if the product contains “mercurous chloride”, “calomel”, “mercuric”, “mercurio”, or “mercury”, stop using the product immediately.
