  1. We’ve made this for years, but now they advise us to cook the eggs. I’ve been experimenting with a custard base for our egg nog, but it’s not the same. Will try again this year :). PS I use rum and peach brandy

  2. Thank you for your insight! I use brown organic free-range eggs. Never heard of the peach brandy… will have to try that 😉
