“Organic” or Not?

New Food PyrmidThis is a great article in the New York Times, “Eating Food That’s Better for You, Organic or Not”.

This article has a lot of good points that I never thought about.  If you buy and eat “organic” fruits and vegetables but then drink 2 or 3 cans of pop (I’m from the northeast originally) or processed food, then are you really eating “better”?  I do buy some “organic” products like fruits and vegetables, milk, eggs and a few others but maybe what we all should be eating is “nutritious food”.  It takes a little longer making dinner from scratch instead of a box but in the long run, isn’t the time worth it?
